The story

Falconry is one of the oldest ways of working with the land, and in the open montado of the Alentejo it still has room to breathe. On the terrace of a country estate, a falconer introduces the birds he raises and trains, then lets them fly over the oaks and return to the glove. Guests can hold a bird themselves, guided at every step, as the light turns gold over the plains.
