Cork, Wine and Olive Oil
A Long Table Under the Olive Trees
Countryside near Évora
An unhurried lunch of Alentejo flavours, served outdoors.
Signature Journey
Six days among the oaks, the cellars and the families behind them.
The idea
The Alentejo produces more cork than anywhere else on earth, and some of Portugal's most characterful wines. This journey follows both from tree to table. You sleep in the countryside, eat slowly and meet the families who do the work, with long drives kept to a minimum.
